Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation should be provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in OpenOffice or Microsoft Word document file format (provided they do not exceed 10MB).
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
- The articles sent to the journal's thematic section must be in accordance with the theme proposed in the Call for Publication, available on the journal's website. For the section Varia, the themes of the articles are free, as long as they correlate with the general scope of the publication.
- The reviews must relate to literary, artistic or theoretical-critical works within the thematic scope of the publication, published at most within the last twelve months, based on the edition of the Journal to which the text is submitted.
- The interviews submitted to the Journal should be directed to writers, artists, critics, researchers or other personalities whose sphere of professional intervention is related to the thematic scope of the publication.
- All the authors indicated in the texts proposed for publication meet the criteria for authorship, read and approved the submitted version. Published texts are the responsibility of their authors.
- All copyright in the reproductions used must be secured by their authors; the necessary authorisations for the publication of data on persons who can be identified must also be submitted.
- The authors guarantee to collaborate fully in the review process after the acceptance of their article for publication. In the event of non-compliance with this cooperation, the article will not be published, even if the declaration of acceptance is available.
- Working languages: texts proposed for publication are accepted, alternatively written in Portuguese, English, French, Spanish or Galician.
