Galiza's foreign policy has entered a new phase in its relations with the Community of Portuguese-Speaking Countries following the publication of Galiza's Foreign Action Law (2021) and the Paz Andrade Law (2014). For this reason, Galiza should develop this regulation with a view to a new strategy in terms of trade relations with this group of countries, with which it has a historical cultural affinity. Therefore, in order to identify opportunities to improve trade relations between Galiza and this group of countries, it was decided to apply a Gravitational Model. To do this, variables such as GDP and distance between territories were considered. The results show differences between territories and depending on the variables selected. The conclusions of the work will allow us to draw implications and policy recommendations for designing and innovating future economic strategy with these countries.
