H2D News: Qualis A3 + submissions open for Volume 8

The journal H2D – Digital Humanities Journal is pleased to share several important news updates.

First, we are particularly proud to announce that, in the 2021–2024 four-year evaluation, H2D received the Qualis CAPES A3 classification in several fields. This result reflects the journal’s continued consolidation and our commitment to editorial and scholarly quality.

Second, we would like to inform you that submissions are now open for Volume 8. We will maintain our continuous publication model, with rolling submissions, so that accepted articles can be published more swiftly throughout the year.

We also share that we have closed Volume 7 (2025) with the publication of three new articles:

  • The algorithmic functioning of social networks and its implications for the representational dynamics of Generation Z — Felipe Dall'Orto and Davi Abreu
  • An analysis of adaptive learning and Artificial Intelligence in quiz games: Rapid Review — Artur Gomes Pontes, Marcos Antonio Gomes Xavier, Bruno Lopes Xavier, and Paulo Victor Rodrigues de Carvalho
  • Methodological study – Knowledge representation for the analysis of historical corpora — Rafael Prezado and Renata Vieira
