Submission deadline extended for the inaugural issue of the IACOBUS Journal (until 30 January 2026)

The Editorial Team of Iacobus Journal, the first scientific journal of the Galicia–North of Portugal Euroregion, invites researchers, professors, students, and other stakeholders of the innovation ecosystem to submit articles for its inaugural issue, to be published in 2026. In addition to empirical or theoretical research articles, proposals for bibliographic essays and critical reviews of relevant works are also welcome.

Original proposals written in Portuguese, Galician, Spanish, or English will be accepted.

All submitted articles will undergo a peer-review process, being evaluated by at least two recognized experts in the field, under a double-blind system.

This journal is launched within the framework of the IACOBUS Programme, created in 2014 by the European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation Galicia–North of Portugal (GNP-EGTC), with the collaboration of the CEER Foundation, the Xunta de Galicia, and CCDR-NORTE. The programme aims to consolidate a cross-border space for scientific and technological integration, in line with the Galicia–North of Portugal Joint Investment Plan (PIC 21-27) and the Cross-Border Smart Specialization Strategy (RIS3-T).
