Copyright and self-deposit

The authors that publish on JUS keep the copyright and allow JUS the right of first publication. The articles are simultaneously licensed by a Creative Commons Attribution License that allows the share of the work with the acknowledgment of its authorship and initial publication in this journal.

The authors do not pay any tax to publish.

The authors are allowed to provide the published text version on JUS in institutional repositories or other distribution platforms of academic works.
