Revisitando as relações entre a Política Criminal, a Dogmática (Penal) e a Criminologia: breves notas

Abstract

The relationship between Criminal Policy, Criminology and Dogmatics has changed from the ‘encyclopaedia of criminal sciences’ to the “joint science of Criminal Law” (gesamtes Strafrechtswisseschaft). The specific way in which they relate to each other is analysed in the light of the models of the Rule of Law that have emerged historically, in order to explain a view that is now the majority and which, in several respects, is disputed by the author.
