The joint team of editors from Minho University (Portugal) and the University of Suffolk (UK) are eager to announce the call for papers for a Special Issue of the Child Studies journal. Building on a successful legacy of the 1st International Conference on Child Studies 2022, hosted by the University of Minho, Braga, Portugal. We invite papers for this Special Issue that theoretically and empirically engage with a broad range of disciplines reflecting the diverse nature of contemporary childhood studies. In addition, we are also welcoming written contributions of invited keynote speakers with short summaries or commentaries in the format of 1000 word briefings, to take you the highlights of the dialogic atmosphere of the Braga conference.
All Conference participants are invited. Papers for this Special Issue are accepted in the English language and count between 5000 and 6000 words.
If you are interested in publishing with us, please submit us a complete article by Sunday, the 15th of January 2023.
