The film structure of "Prazer, Camaradas!" (premiered at the Locarno Film Festival in August 2019, and which, in my view, is beyond documentary) is a narrative that interweaves distinct voices, times and spaces in a kind of "mise-en-abyme," bringing characters, events, episodes and history itself, from a recent past, some 40 years in the making, into the present.
