Abstract

The construction and industrial assembly segment plays an important role in the national development policy. By creating the necessary conditions to enable the implementation of this type of policy, the segment in reference faces several difficulties arising from adversities imposed by the great variability of its projects, the environments where they are executed, and its executive processes. Quality management and project management are the disciplines that can take over the responsibility of guiding companies in the search for productive processes that prioritize productivity and quality, thus enabling opportunities for positioning improvement and gains in a market that shows itself to be more and more competitive.
