Vol. 38 No. 1 (2024): Textual Heritage – Interdisciplinary Approaches

Following the XXIV Autumn Colloquium, which took place at the University of Minho in November 2022, an event organised by Anabela Leal de Barros, Idalete Dias, Isabel Cristina Mateus, Sílvia Araújo and Vítor Moura (CEHUM), we put together a series of contributions in the Special Issue of volume 38.1 of Revista Diacrítica focusing precisely on the theme of Textual Heritage in the Portuguese language. The special issue of volume 38.1 (2024), “Textual Heritage: Interdisciplinary Approaches”, provided an opportunity to broaden the theme of the event, fostering a specialised approach in the fields of literary, linguistic, cultural, aesthetic, and philosophical studies, with special emphasis on the areas of philology and textual criticism. In addition to the thematic dossier, this introduction to the volume also presents the articles included in the Varia and Review sections.
